Here's My Story

Surviving Infidelity: 144 He cheated on me while I was asleep in the other room.

My boyfriend of 4 years was picking out rings the weekend before he cheated on me. I had just had an abortion, and was extremely upset about it and he did not have a job. We went to a charity party that had an overnight stay, and he cheated on me while I was asleep in the other room. I knew he was going to do it, and I begged him to come to bed. I woke up at 5:30 am and he was gone with her. He lied to me for 4 days, and I finally got the entire story from her. The part that burns, is that he said he still wants to be with me, after he complely lied to me and put my safety in jeopardy. The part that hurts is that my life is screwed up now. I have to decide whether to stay with the man I have loved for 4 years, not him. I have to decide if we can make it, not him. Cheating is a horrible horrible thing, so just DONT DO IT.
