I am back in my space dealing with everything she touched of mine. After three more counseling sessions (one with my SO) two without him but same shrink, I am doing better today. Maybe because I finally got a complete night's sleep last night. The best part I can say is the Doc conferring that the OW filled my head with lies to stab my heart because she didn't get what she wanted. Also that the relationship was not a relationship per say but a business partnership with sex on the side to my SO. Unfortunately the OW felt differently. But she is suffering now too. (I hope a lot). It's hard to deal with the fact that she drove my car, slept in my bed etc. I did find some of her make-up (I had asked my SO to make sure there was no trace left of her, but he's a man and probably didn't know my make-up from hers). Also the shrink conferred that the OW knew about me the whole time (unlike what she told me) and threatened to call me more than once throughout their 2 year (or more) affair. I am sorry to be unfeeling for her, but I do hope she hurts; she is the lowest form of life on this earth.
